Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required to confirm your reservation.  Payment is due 10 days after making reservations and must be payable in US funds by personal or company check, bank cashier’s check, money order or U. S. Postal Money Order. If deposit is not received with in the specified time, the reservation will automatically be canceled.

FULL PAYMENT: Full payment required on reservations booked under 45 days.  Balance owing for reservation is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment must be in US funds by bank check, money order or Postal Money Order only.

CANCELLATION: If you cancel more that 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less $25.00 administrative charge. 
If you cancel less than 60 days, you will forfeit your deposit. 
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment.
The first day of your rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Fully refundable security deposit is required for stays longer than three weeks. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure provided there are no deductions for damage, smoking inside and or provided that utility usage is within established limit.
